Invitation to Bid

1.The Province of Cebu, through the General Fund-Proper intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php3,520,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 4,400 packs of Grocery Packs, for distribution to Capitol employees (permanent, casual, co-term, consultants, job order & security) for the Pasko sa Kapitolyo 2025 under Advertisement No. 25-080. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Province of Cebu through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Ten Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
