INVITATION TO BID

1. The Province of Cebu, thru its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites bids for the Supply of Fuel, Oil, Lubricant and Maintenance Services thru Fleet Card System for a 24-month period, for its 262 units diesel and 73 units gasoline-fueled motor vehicles, more or less, of the Province of Cebu, under Advertisement No. 25-045. The BID PRICE of Fuel per Liter shall be the DISCOUNT GIVEN BY THE SUPPLIER based on the CURRENT PUMP PRICE of the dispensing service station or affiliates. The Estimated Volume of fuel per month is 40,000 liters for Diesel and 3,000 liters for Unleaded Gasoline with an Estimated Budget for one (1) year of Thirty-Five Million Pesos (Php 35,000,000.00). Offered Discount (OD) must not be lower than Php2.00 per liter for diesel and Php1.00 per liter for Unleaded Gasoline from the current lowest prevailing pump price.
