INVITATION TO BID

1. The Province of Cebu, thru its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of 432,000 liters of FUEL (diesel) for three (3) months period (October-December 2025) for use for generator sets at Malapascua Island, Daanbantayan, Cebu, under Advertisement No. 25-041. The Estimated Volume of fuel to be delivered per week is 4,000 liters with an ABC of Twenty-Five Million Eight Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (Php25,855,200.00) only.

2. The contract duration is for three (3) months, to commence upon receipt and signing of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
