INVITATION TO BID

1. The Province of Cebu, through the General Fund-Proper intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php15,300,000.00) only being the ABC to payments under the contract to Engage the services of a Service Provider with certification/accreditation or proper training/handling of medical wastes from the Environmental Management Bureau, Region 7, for the hauling, treatment, and disposal of 340,000 kgs. of Medical Wastes generated from the 16 Province-owned hospitals of the Province of Cebu under Advertisement No. 25-029. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Province of Cebu through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is upon receipt of approved Notice to Proceed.
