INVITATION TO BID

1. The Province of Cebu, thru its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Diesel Fuel for a period of one (1) year for the generator sets at Malapascua Island, Daanbantayan, Cebu, under Adv. No. 25-026. The BID PRICE of Fuel per Liter shall be the DISCOUNT GIVEN BY THE SUPPLIER based on the WEEKLY PUMP PRICE set by the Department of Energy (DOE) on a weekly basis. The Estimated Volume of Diesel fuel per week (7 days) is 28,000 liters with an Estimated Budget for one (1) year of Eighty-Seven Million Two Hundred Seventy-One Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (Php 87,271,200.00). The fixed discount per liter offered by the supplier within the duration of the contract to be deducted from the DOE WPP for the week amounting to at least One Peso and 85 cents (P1.85).
