INVITATION TO BID

1. The Province of Cebu, through the General Fund-Proper intends to apply the sum of Forty Million Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php40,320,000.00) only being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of 6-units Digital Diagnostic X-ray System, for use in Province-owned Hospitals in the Province of Cebu, under Advertisement No. 25-020. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Province of Cebu through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Ten Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
