INVITATION TO BID

1. The Province of Cebu, through Medicine Consignment Funds intends to apply the sum of Forty-four Million Seven Hundred Sixty-two Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-nine Pesos and Ninety-eight Centavos only (Php44,762,769.98) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Drugs and Medicines - CONSIGNMENT ORDER for one (1) year (Anti Hyperlipidaemic, OR/Anesthetic/Blood Staining, Laxative, Anti Inflammatory/Pain Reliever, Antihistamine, Corticosteroid, etc.), for use in CPHO, 12 District Hospitals and 4 Provincial Hospitals of the Province of Cebu, under Advertisement No. 23-016-C. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
