Description : 1. The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) through its GSIS Bids and
Awards Committee Cluster 1 for Goods, Services and Consultancy, intends to
procure the item indicated in this Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with
Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of
Republic Act No. 12009.

Project Title: Additional Textblast Services for CY 2025
Procurement Reference No. : 2025-GSIS-AMP- 2176
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): Php1,710,000.00, inclusive of all applicable taxes
Source of Funds: 2025 Corporate Operating Budget
Delivery Period: Delivery of the Services shall be from the date indicated in the Notice to
Proceed until 31 December 2025.
