Description : Invitation to Bid for Additional ICT Equipment, Including the Replacement of Obsolete ICT Equipment in the Central and Regional Offices
1. The National Museum of the Philippines, through the General Fund of FY 2025 Under Capital Outlay - ICT Equipment Outlay intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Two Million One Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand Pesos (PHP 22,162,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Additional ICT Equipment, Including the Replacement of Obsolete ICT Equipment in the Central and Regional Offices, with identification number NMPBAC-PB-2025-10-10. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The National Museum of the Philippines now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
