Invitation to Bid for the ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE FACILITY AT BARANGAY 20, GINGOOG CITY, MISAMIS ORIENTAL

1. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog City, through the budget 20% CDF 2025 for the contract approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod, intends to apply the sum Nine Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-Nine Pesos and 97/100 only (PHP 965,759.97) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under contract reference number 2025-INFRA-013. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 31 calendar days Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
