1. The National Bureau of Investigation, through the through the General Appropriations Act for FY 2023 and NBI Clearance Retention Fees pursuant to RA 10867 otherwise known as the “NBI Reorganization and Modernization Act”, intends to apply the sum of being the ABC as payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening:

Lot 1 Procurement of Ten (10) Units Custom-Built Prisoner Transport Vehicles Php15,000,000.00
Lot 2 Procurement of Ten (10) Units Special Purpose Vehicle for Mobile Clearance Php11,400,000.00
Lot 3 Procurement of Three (3) Units of Multipurpose Vehicle Php4,350,000.00
