Description : INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT FOR TWO FAILED BIDDINGS
ACQUISITION OF PRIVATE SECURITY AGENCY (PSA) SERVICES FOR FY 2026
1. The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) through the General Appropriations Act FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Forty-One Million Six Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand Pesos (₱41,686,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Acquisition of Private Security Agency (PSA) for FY 2026 with Bid Reference NP No. 2026-15. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PDEA Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the said project.
3. The Procurement procedure for this requirement is Negotiated Procurement for Two Failed Bidding pursuant to Section 35.1 of 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
