Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR ACQUISITION OF PATIENT TRANSPORT VEHICLE FOR RESCUE AND DISASTER RESPONSE OPERATIONS OF THE AGOO FIRE STATION

1) The Municipality of Agoo, La Union through the General Fund 2025 - Supplemental Budget No. 1 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Forty-Two Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Pesos (Php1,542,990.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Acquisition of Patient Transport Vehicle for Rescue and Disaster Response Operations of the Agoo Fire Station. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Municipality of Agoo, La Union now invites bids for Patient Transport Vehicle. Delivery of the Goods is within twenty (20) calendar days upon Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
