Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE ACQUISITION OF PATIENT TRANSPORT VEHICLE FOR AGOO FIRE STATION RESCUE OPERATIONS
1. The Municipality of Agoo, La Union intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED FORTY-TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNRED NINETY PESOS (1,542,990.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Acquisition of Patient Transport Vehicle for Agoo Fire Station Rescue Operations/GDS2025-1014A. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Agoo, La Union now invites bids for the Acquisition of Patient Transport Vehicle for Agoo Fire Station Rescue Operations. Delivery of the Goods required is thirty (30) calendar days upon Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
