Acquisition of One (1) Year Subscription of Cloud Based E-mail with Productivity Suite

1. The National Bureau of Investigation, through R.A. 12116 General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Six Hundred Twelve Thousand Seventy-Three Pesos and 78/100 (Php6,612,073.78) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of One (1) Year Subscription of Cloud Based E-Mail with Productivity Suite. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The National Bureau of Investigation now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The delivery shall commence within sixty (60) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, at least one (1) contract similar to the contract to be bid, and whose value, adjusted to the current price using NSO consumer price indices, must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC to be bid.
