  Acquisition of one (1) unit MOBILE KITCHEN for the use of the PSWDD
  
  
  1. The City Government of Pasay, through the 5% LDRRMF CY2021, Continuing Appropriations intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (Php 5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Acquisition of one (1) unit MOBILE KITCHEN for the use of the PSWDD. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The City Government of Pasay now invites bids for the Acquisition of one (1) unit MOBILE KITCHEN for the use of the PSWDD. Expected completion of delivery for the said project is within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
