  1. The City Government of Pasay, through the TRUST FUND (20% LGU Share of Fire Code Fees Collection for CY2014, 2015, 2018, 2020, 2021 and 2022 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Six Million Five Hundred Thirty Seven Thousand Thirty Three Pesos & 81/100 (Php 26,537,033.81) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Acquisition of one (1) unit Brand New FIREFIGHTING TRUCK (Water Tender Firetruck) for fire and rescue operations of the Bureau of Fire Protection-Pasay City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
