INVITATION TO BID

ACQUISITION OF ONE (1) UNIT BOOM TRUCK, FOUR (4) UNITS SIX-WHEELER ELF, AND ONE (1) UNIT REFRIGERATED VAN
Name of Project

1. The City Government of Mati, through the Loan Proceeds - Land Bank of the Philippines intends to apply the sum of Sixteen Million Pesos (Php16,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Acquisition of One (1) Unit Boom Truck, Four (4) Units Six-Wheeler Elf, and One (1) Unit Refrigerated Van. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Mati now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Ninety (90) days after the receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
