1. The Local Government Unit of Burgos, through the budget from Special Trust Fund from Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos Only (P 110,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Acquisition of Office Equipment to be use for the Emergency Operation Center, Burgos, Surigao del Norte / Contract No. B-28-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Burgos now invites bids for Acquisition of Office Equipment to be use for the Emergency Operation Center, Burgos, Surigao del Norte. Delivery of Goods is required to be completed 30 calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed.
