  1. The PRESIDENT RAMON MAGSAYSAY STATE UNIVERSITY, through the TRUST RECIEPT FUNDS (TRF 2025) intends to apply the sum of PHP 4,300,000.00 (PHP 4,148,000.00 - Lot 1: Laboratory Equipment; PHP 152,000.00 - Lot 2: Supplies and Materials) being the ABC to payments under the contract for ACQUISITION OF LABORATORY EQUIPMENT/SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR B.S. MINING ENGINEERING PROGRAM - ITB No.: GOODS 2025-03-005. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
