INVITATION TO BID FOR
Acquisition of Electronic Warfare System
GB2-LSB-16-25

1) The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Million Pesos (Php 150,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Acquisition of Electronic Warfare System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The AFP, through the General Headquarters Bids and Awards Committee 2 (GHQ BAC 2), now invites the above-named pre-selected Suppliers to submit bids for the Acquisition of Electronic Warfare System . Delivery of the Goods is required within three hundred sixty-five (365) days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
