1. The CREDIT INFORMATION CORPORATION (CIC), through the Corporate Budget for FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million, Ten Thousand and 00/100 Philippine Pesos (PhP9,010,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Acquisition, Development, Installation, Implementation and Full-Production of an Enterprise Computerized Accounting System compliant to the Laws, Rules, Regulation and Requirements of Accounting, Auditing and Taxation with Project No. 2025-FAG(019)-CB-0033. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
