The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), through its Procurement Management Section (PMS), as per Special Bids and Committee (SBAC) Resolution No. 2026-001, intends to procure “Acquisition of Caliber .40 S&W FMJ 180 Grains Ammunition” with an Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) in the amount of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Five Pesos and Ninety-Seven Centavos (₱1,999,995.97), for FY 2026 in accordance with Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulation of Republic Act No. 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act (NGPA).
