1. The Municipality of Compostela, through the Supplemental Budget No.1 (20% Development Fund) intends to apply the sum of Forty-Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Six Pesos and Sixty-Three Centavos Only (P49,998,436.63) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Acquisition and Installation of Solar Power System (On-grid Solar PV Installation and Upgrading of Electrical Distribution System) with Project Identification No. 2025- 027. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
