Acquisition and Delivery of One (1) Lot Various Reagents for Medico-Legal Division Pathology Laboratory
(Early Procurement Activity)
1) The National Bureau of Investigation, through the R.A. 12116 General Appropriations Act (GAA) of FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Ninety-Three Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-One Pesos and 67/100 (PhP2,093,741.67). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The National Bureau of Investigation now invites bids for Acquisition and Delivery of One (1) Lot Various Reagents for Medico-Legal Division Pathology Laboratory (Early Procurement Activity). Delivery of the Goods is required sixty (60) calendar days upon the Receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
