Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE ACQUISITION OF 60-METER MULTI-ROLE RESPONSE VESSEL (MRRV)

1) The Philippine Coast Guard, through the General Appropriation Act of CY-2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Billion Four Hundred Sixty-Seven Million Seven Hundred Forty Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Pesos Only (PhP2,467,740,390.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Acquisition of 60-Meter Multi-Role Response Vessel (MRRV). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Philippine Coast Guard now invites bids for Acquisition of 60-Meter Multi-Role Response Vessel (MRRV) with competitive bidding as a mode of procurement using the Lowest/Single Calculated Responsive Bid (L/SCRB) as an award criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required within Seven Hundred Thirty (730) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, at within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
