INVITATION TO BID FOR THE ACQUISITION OF 2 UNIT OF RESCUE BOAT/SPEED BOAT FOR EMERGENCY RESPONSE OPERATIONS (RE-BID)

1. The Municipality of Buguey, through the 5% Budgetary Reserved-Disaster Preparedness Fund C.Y. 2026 intends to apply the sum of P2,000,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for THE ACQUISITION OF 2 UNIT OF RESCUE BOAT/SPEED BOAT FOR EMERGENCY RESPONSE OPERATIONS (RE-BID). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Buguey now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) calendar days after the issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
