INVITATION TO BID FOR THE ACCOMODATION AND LODGING FOR 5-DAYS TRAINING ON ENHANCED CLIMATE AND DISASTER RISK ASSESSMENT (CDRA)- 2ND POSTING

1. The Municipality of Camalaniugan, through the 5% LDRRM FUND CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Three Hundred Pesos & 00/100 (P295,300.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the ACCOMODATION AND LODGING FOR 5-DAYS TRAINING ON ENHANCED CLIMATE AND DISASTER RISK ASSESSMENT (CDRA) - 2ND POSTING with an ITB#2025-74. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Camalaniugan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Seven (7) calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
