The Department of Education (DepED) Schools Division Office of Ligao City, hereafter referred to as the Procuring Entity, through the General Appropriations Act FY 2025 intends to apply the sum Nine Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos Only (910,000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to eligible payments under the contract for ACCOMMODATION, VENUE AND CATERING SERVICES FOR THE CONDUCT OF SEMINAR WORKSHOP ON GENDER MAINSTREAMING AND PSYCHOSOCIAL APPROACHES ON DECEMBER 9-11, 2025. Request for Quotation (RFQ) received in excess of the ABC per lot shall automatically rejected at RFQ opening.
