TERMS OF REFERENCE

PROJECT: Accommodation with Meals and use of Facilities for the GAD Capacity Development Activity of PCA Central Office Personnel

EVENT DURATION: Two (2) Days, One (1) Night

TRAINING PROGRAM DETAILS:

Training Dates: August 1 and 2, 2025
Ingress Date: August 1, 2025

LOCATION: Metro Manila or nearby accessible province

I. Scope of Work

This TOR covers the procurement of accommodation, meals, function venues, and team building facilities for the 2-days, 1-night GAD Capacity Development Activity of the Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) for approximately 230 Central Office employees and 10 Training Facilitators.

The service provider shall provide the following:

A. Accommodation (for 2 days and 1 night): 230 PCA participants + 10 Training Facilitators
⦁ 4 Rooms - Single Occupancy (for VIPs/Main Speaker)
⦁ 60 Rooms - Multiple Sharing (for 236 pax, 3-4 per room)
(Bed configuration-single occupancy per head as much as possible)
