  1. The City Government of Pasay, through the GENERAL FUND CY2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 200,000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Accommodation & Conference Package including Transportation for PESO for the conduct of the Career Advocates and Life Mentors (CALM) group planning and training to private and public guidance counselors. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
