INVITATION TO BID FOR THE ACCOMMODATION AND LODGING FOR 6-DAYS TRAINING ON COMMUNITY DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT (CBDRRM) BARANGAY LEVEL

1. The Municipality of Camalaniugan, through the 5% LDRRM FUND CY 2025 & TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Twenty Four Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Pesos & 00/100 (P624,480.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the ACCOMMODATION AND LODGING FOR 6-DAYS TRAINING ON COMMUNITY DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT (CBDRRM) BARANGAY LEVEL with an ITB#2025-71. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Camalaniugan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Seven (7) calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order.
