  II. PROJECT TITLE : Midterm Assessment of DOT Plans and
  Programs and 1st Management Review
  
  III. PROJECT DATE : 21-25 July 2025
  
  IV. PURPOSE/ OBJECTIVE : The Midterm Assessment of DOT Plans and Programs and the 1st Management Review for FY 2025 aims to:
  
  1) Assess the agreements during the Year-End Assessment of DOT Plans and Programs held last November 2024;
  2) Discuss the accomplishments, budget utilization, for the 1st semester FY 2025 and catch-up plans;
  3) Management Review Meeting with the discussion on the results of the 1st Internal Quality Audit for FY 2025 and status of implementation of Quality Management System;
  4) Evaluate the implementation of the FY 2025 programs, activities, and projects (PAPs) of each delivery unit; and
  5) Present the status of 2025 Work and Financial Plan of each office.
