Description : Invitation to Bid for Access Road Construction (at the back of LBP, Purok 5 to 4, Brgy. San Jose Poblacion)

1. The Municipality of San Jose, Dinagat Islands, through the 20% MDF 2025 intends to apply the sum of PHP 999,709.48 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Access Road Construction (at the back of LBP, Purok 5 to 4, Brgy. San Jose Poblacion) with project identification no. of lgusj-i-2025-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of San Jose, Dinagat Islands now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 47 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
