BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT: Management of Residual Waste (Additional for 2025)

1. The Local Government Unit of Donsol, Sorsogon, through the General Fund CY2025 A.0. No. 05 s-2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (P1,800,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Acceptance and Delivery of Residual Waste - Tipping Fee. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Donsol, Sorsogon, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by October to December 2025. Bidders should have completed, within One (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
