Section I. Invitation to Bid for the Improvement of Accounting Office at Iloilo Provincial Capitol, Bonifacio Drive, Iloilo City

1. The Iloilo Provincial Government, through the Capital Outlay CY 2024, S.B. No. 1 intends to apply the sum of P 773, 900.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ACC-25-1127-B for the Improvement of Accounting Office at Iloilo Provincial Capitol, Bonifacio Drive, Iloilo City for the Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Iloilo Provincial Government now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Twenty- Five (25) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
