BID PROPOSAL shall be submitted to the Barangay Treasurer on/or before JULY 9, 2025
and it will be opened immediately on JULY 9, 2025 at 1:00 PM in front of the attending
bidders or their authorized representatives and Accounting, Manila Barangay Bureau ( MBB ) and
Commission On Audit ( COA ) representatives. The venue of the Bidding will be at the
barangay headquarters.

The Committee on Awards reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any defects therein and
accept the offer most advantageous to the barangay government.

This INVITATION TO BID shall be posted in three ( 3 ) conspicious places in the barangay.
