1. The City Government of Iloilo, through the A. SEF Resolution No. 3, SB No. 1 series 2024 - Php 7,501,249.22 B. SEF Capital Outlay CY2025 - Php 36,500,000.00 intends to apply the sum of Forty Four Million One Thousand Two Hundred Forty Nine Pesos and Twenty Two Centavos (Php 44,001,249.22) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for A. Construction of 3-Storey 9-Classroom Building with Demolition (Phase I) B. Completion of 3-Storey 9-Classroom Building (Phase II) at Luis Mirasol Memorial School. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
