1. The Provincial Government of Batangas, through the General Fund of FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (P 9,999,600.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in the excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Batangas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods is required within Fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
