1. The Philippine Army, through the Capital Outlay (CO) Fund 3rd Quarter CY 2024 (RA 11975 with ASA No. 0800-2024-1778 dated 04 September 2024 valid until 31 December 2024, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seventy- Four Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (PhP2,074,500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery for the Procurement of Security System of 8ID Facilities. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening

2. The Philippine Army, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
