1. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBOANGA, through the Supplemental Budget No. 1 FY 2023 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY PESOS ONLY (P1,177,770.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Athletic Materials and Supplies (PR No. 100-23-07-1460). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBOANGA now invites bids for the 8 pcs. Archery Arm Guard, skeleton-like structure, etc. Delivery of the GOODS is required by Twenty (20) Calendar Days.
