3. PRICE VALIDITY SHALL BE FOR THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS.
4. THE G-EPS REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE SHALL BE ATTACHED UPON SUBMISSION OF THE QUOTATION, IF AVAILABLE.
