1. The City Government of Dumaguete of Negros Oriental, through Source of Fund: Responsibility Center: 4411-11-200/ Account Code: 5-02-99-990 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Twenty One Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Nine Pesos and Fifty Cents (Php321,299.50) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Purchase of 60 boxes Vitamin B1 B6 B12 100mg B1 + 5 mg B6 + 50 mcg B12 per tablet 100-s and other items for the Puchase of Medicines to be distributed to various health facilities.
