The City Government of Bais invites interested bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid to be used for the implementation of HVC production, Office of the City Agriculturist, viz:

The approved budget for the contract is to be taken from 8711-5-02-99-990 (12) High Value Crops (HVC) Program in Connection with Agricultural Crop Production CY 2025. Partial bids are allowed, however, bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

In order to qualify, bidders should conform to the eligibility criteria as prescribed under Sec. 23 and 25 of the Revised IRR-A of R.A. 9184.
