CONSTRUCTION OF TWO (2) STOREY SIX (6) CLASSROOMS REGINA R. MANDANAS MEMORIAL BUILDING AT LUMAMPAO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, BRGY. DON JUAN, CUENCA, BATANGAS

1. The Provincial Government of Batangas, through the Special Education Fund of FY 2024 and Special Education Fund Supplemental Budget No. 2 of FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Eighty-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Pesos and 62/100 (P20,087,920.62) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in the excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Batangas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Two Hundred Twenty-Five (225) calendar days.
