Purchase of 956 bklts of Carbonized Delivery Receipt (Triplicate copy) for office use of PG-ENRO

1. The Provincial Government of Batangas, through the General Fund of FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Seventy Seven Thousand Two Hundred Forty Pesos (P 277,240.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in the excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Batangas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods is required within Fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
