CONSTRUCTION OF SLOPE PROTECTION AT BRGY. BAGONG TUBIG, SAN LUIS, BATANGAS
1. The Provincial Government of Batangas, through the General Fund of FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Nine Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand One Hundred Two Pesos and 75/100 (P5,955,102.75) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in the excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Batangas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
