1. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF PINAHAN - Bids and Awards Committee, thru its CAPITAL OUTLAY intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (P180,000.00) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the 3RD AND FINAL POSTING FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLE WITH FABRICATED SIDE CAR TO BE USED IN BARANGAY PINAHAN, NAUJAN, ORIENTAL MINDORO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
