REHABILITATION/IMPROVEMENT/UPGRADING OF PROVINCIAL ROAD AT BAT072 - POBLACION, PADRE GARCIA - MARILAG, ROSARIO ROAD, ROSARIO, BATANGAS (PHASE II)
1. The Provincial Government of Batangas, through the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 3 of FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Two Hundred Fifty-One Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Two Pesos and 10/100 (P8,251,482.10) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in the excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Batangas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
