  Description : TERMS OF REFERENCE
  I. PROJECT
  Procurement of Event Management services for the provision of labor, materials, and professional
  expertise to execute the concept, design, layout, creatives, installation, and dismantling of the
  Department of Tourism Region 1 Pavilion, including the production of promotional materials
  (Region 1 customized local products with packaging) for DOT officials, VVIP guests, and
  stakeholders; assorted customized products for the Region 1 Hour and fun games at the Region 1
  Booth; and food tasting for the degustation table, during the Philippine Travel Mart to be held on
  September 5-7, 2025, at the SMX Convention Center, Pasay City, Manila.
